One
of the technologies we have developed ourselves
puts us in a position to manufacture natural
fiber hybrid nonwoven with optimum homogeneity
and simultaneously treating the natural fibers
with care. On this basis we manage to replace
fiberglass mats, for example, with renewable
raw materials economically and logically from
a technological point of view and at the same
time improve the acoustic properties of the
components.
We do not restrict ourselves to the traditional
processing of fiber mats using forming presses,
but also focus on natural fiber Granulate
for injection molding applications. These
approaches mean we can largely free ourselves
from constantly increasing crude oil prices,
reduce the weight of the components and generate
considerable ecological advantages within
established production processes.
